HOPCC charitable ministry to Haiti

Strong relations with Haitian Affiliates

The HOPCC Charitable Ministry to Haiti goes far beyond the surface and goes deep into the lives of young children, mothers, fathers, doctors, pastors, brothers, sisters, and friends. HOPCC has solid relations with Haitian affiliates and stays in constant contact with Haiti and America. The charitable ministry of HOPCC to Haiti has given rise to a newly established Haitian church here in America to fan the flames of Hope and encourage and strengthen each one by letting them know that we are all in this together.

Nehemiah 2:18

Then I told them of the hand of my God which was good upon me; as also the king’s words that he had spoken unto me. And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work.

There is no black or white, we all speak the same language, and that is charity.

Galatians 3:28

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

This Church takes it very personally in encouraging, praying, and spiritually ministering to their Haitian brothers and sisters abroad. The Church’s vision for the Haitian community proves to set an example of how much of a remarkable Church HOPCC is. The selfless service and volunteering sacrifices of this Church demonstrates that it is more blessed to give than to receive.

Acts 20:35

I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

HOPCC Charitable Ministry to Haiti sent clothing, food, and other supplies to aid during the COVID-19 pandemic.

HOPCC’s charitable ministry to Haiti banded together with a vision and a purpose to make sure that their brothers and sisters abroad do not suffer nor go without during this covid-19 pandemic. This Church shows itself as a hand that is not covetous, greedy, or self-servicing, but full of compassion, vision, and a deep-seated love for their fellow man. They realize that no child asked to come here, and therefore none of them will be left behind. HOPCC charitable ministry to Haiti, determined to clothe, feed, and aid, every soul they possibly can. Though they cannot help everyone, they have determined to do everything for the ones they can. HOPCC sees themselves as debtors, realizing that everything they have was given to them and everything they have belongs to someone else. That’s what being a servant is all about.

James 2:14-17

What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? [15] If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, [16] And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? [17] Even so, faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

There have been many 50 gallon drums filled to capacity with clothes, most of which are all brand new, and shoes, and purses, and belts, and toys, and bicycles, and many other things to uplift the spirits and strengthen those in each household that they possibly can. So there are many facets involved and getting the shipment of the goods from America to Haiti, and throughout this mission of HOPCC charitable ministry to Haiti, there have been others along the way that have caught the vision and given of themselves to help facilitate the movement of the goods.

There are times when they even drive the 50-gallon drums from the shipping ports, all the way to the households of those in need, all because of love. My, my, my, what a church. Just to see the looks on the faces of the little children with their new clothes on, new shoes on, new bikes to ride, new purses on the little girl’s shoulder, new toys, fresh food in the cupboard, and letters from the other little children across the ocean who have stretched out their hands across the waters to strengthen their friends in time of need.

Haitian affiliates have visited House of Prayer, stay in fellowship.

The HOPCC Charitable ministry to Haiti has welcomed those who have come from Haiti to work in America and have provided transportation, food, clothing, and fellowship for them, all along the way. For those still in Haiti, they too receive constant fellowship, prayer, and church services that are translated from English to Creole, thereby letting them know that we are all one. Pastors that have come from Haiti find the hand of fellowship in HOPCC charitable ministry to Haiti and homes who have opened their doors and giving them a place to lay their head, share their burden, and share their testimony. There is no greater place to be on the face of the Earth than on the strait and narrow way, ministering to the Haitian affiliates and being a part of the HOPCC charitable ministry to Haiti and our other brothers and sisters abroad. HOPCC realizes that it is the last days, and there is no time to waste. There are little children hungry, moms and dads and children that need a visit to the doctor, discouraged families who need an ear that will listen in a heart full of love that will carry their needs into the throne room of God. Though many miles over land and ocean are between them, the relationship and fellowship between HOPCC and their affiliates in Haiti have grown stronger and stronger and stronger. The dream continues!
