Through the efforts of the Salvation Army Global Ministry in Angola along with its many affiliates and generous donors’ polio has been successfully eradicated from this country. This health ministry project in conjunction with the World Health Organization provided vaccinations to children and educated adults in watching for the symptoms of Polio, in order to treat any suspected Polio cases.
