The Salvation Army Global Ministry in Canada operates the Salvation Army Centre of Hope which provided showers, toiletries, clothing and food to victims that have been rescued from human trafficking. The Centre of Hope worked in conjunction with local authorities who rescued the victims by providing a safe place for the victims.
